ERICA SALTALAMACCHIA

Erica was born in Milan and grew up between Italy, France and Germany. She graduated from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi and she earned an L.L.M. Diploma from Penn State University and was subsequently admitted to the Bar Association of New York. Since 2020 Erica has been a member of the Milan Bar Association. After several experiences in boutique firms in intellectual property matters, since 2019 Erica is an associate in the Intellectual Property department of Deloitte Legal Italy in Milan. Erica assists national and international companies operating mainly in the fashion and communication industries in relation to issues concerning the protection of IP assets and the negotiation, drafting and review of commercial contracts (particularly licensing, distribution and sponsorship agreements). Erica also assists on issues related to media, advertising, and consumer law. In the academic field, since 2022 Erica has been appointed as “cultore della materia” in the Fashion Law course of the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milano and has held lectures in the Master in Fashion e Luxury Law (MiFeLL) on intellectual property and media rights.
